2026 – East Coast
This is a seven day, five night trip through Washington DC/Virginia, Gettysburg, and Philadelphia.
The trip is open to incoming 9th graders (in the 2025-2026 academic year) – ECS alumni and parents of participating students.
The cost of the trip begins at $2,564 and covers all expenses except for lunches, coffee, and souvenirs.
- 8/31: First Official Meeting (and official sign-up) and 10% Deposit Due ($250) to secure spot
- 10/20: Payment #1 due to ACTS (about $650)
- 11/17: Payment #2 due to ACTS (about $650)
- 11/30: Romp Meeting #2
- 12/22: Payment #3 due to ACTS (about $650)
- 1/19: Payment #4 due to ACTS (about $650)
- 1/25: Romp Meeting#3
- 2/22: Romp Meeting #4
- 3/8: Tentative Final Romp Meeting
